Cupcake Wars
Description
Michelle of Hands on Design will teach teens entering grades 6 - 12 the basics of cupcake decorating so they can compete in the ultimate design challenge. Registration is required and opens two weeks prior to the program date with a link on the Teen Page at WylieTexas.gov/library. (Program is repeated in July; please register for one session only.)
