City of Wylie and Community Waste Disposal host X-Treme Green Feb. 29. Household hazardous waste, electronics, household metal appliances, and automotive tires will be collected. Document shredding is also offered. Visit WylieTexas.gov for more specific information about what will be accepted. This service is for Wylie residents only, defined as those who live in the Wylie city limits and pay City of Wylie property tax. Bring a utility bill along with valid driver's license or other government-issued ID.
