Description
Connecting Through Care, sponsored by Pathway Hospice, Griswold Home Care, and CarePatrol, is an informal group of healthcare and senior service professionals who come together to network. Our mission is to give back to the older adults in Wylie, Sachse, Murphy and Lavon. We meet on the 2nd Wed of each month during lunch at 11:30 am to 1 pm. If you'd like to be on our invite list, please email cfobert@carepatrol.com . This is not only relationship-building; we'd like you to have a heart for the mission in the area, be willing to commit and help out. We will have quarterly community service projects such as the "Shop and Swap" where we'll gather and donate once-loved clean clothing, accessories and personal care items to older adults.
