I’m a Navy vet who spent 10 years working on radars before jumping into semiconductors. The pay was good, but every morning I’d sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes just to convince myself to walk inside… and in the meetings, I’d look around and think, “I wouldn’t have a beer with any of these people.”
I even tried starting up water treatment plants for a while, but the travel, the weather, and the heavy labor reminded me fast that I’m made for indoor work.
So, I decided to do something I actually love—creating. With my family’s help, I started Rock House Wrap & Vinyl right here in Wylie. Now, instead of dragging myself into a job, I get to help small businesses grow their brands with wraps, signs, decals, and graphics. And the best part? I’d definitely have a beer with my customers.
